Trial terms

These terms apply when you start a hosted trial of Domirs at domirs.com. They do not replace a deployment contract. xAI's publish terms also apply to the platform this app runs on; you are agreeing with Tengri Vertex for the product, and with xAI for the hosting tools.

The trial is a demo, not a tenant

You get a personal sample workspace on shared hosted infrastructure. It is a demonstration, not the $14,500 single-tenant product. Data may be stored in the United States. We may change, suspend, or delete the trial without notice.

Office email

Trial accounts require a work email. Personal inboxes and disposable addresses are blocked. One person, one account. You are responsible for keeping the password to yourself.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable use rules. No scraping, no sharing logins, no using the trial as production software, no malware, no attempting to break isolation between workspaces.

AI drafts

Optional. Capped. If AI is on and you click Draft with AI, the prompt is sent to xAI. Turn AI off in Settings if that is not acceptable.

No warranty

The trial is provided as-is. We do not promise uptime, support SLAs, or fitness for a particular purpose. Do not rely on it for official reporting.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Tengri Vertex is not liable for lost data, lost decisions, or any damages arising from use of the hosted trial. A paid deployment is a different agreement.
