Privacy notice

This notice covers the hosted Domirs trial, public demo, and deployment-request forms at domirs.com. It is not a production tenant, and not legal advice. A sold single-tenant deployment is a separate contract and a separate environment.

Who is responsible

The trial and sales forms are operated by Tengri Vertex (Domirs). Contact: support@tengrivertex.com. The app is published through xAI Grok App Builder. The database is Neon Postgres provisioned for this published app. xAI and Neon process data as infrastructure for this trial — they are not your organisation's production cloud.

What we collect

• Office email, name, and password hash for a signed-in trial account (we do not store the password in the clear)
• Session cookies or a bearer token so you stay signed in
• The OKR workspace you type into the trial (objectives, check-ins, settings, audit events)
• Optional AI drafts you ask for, sent to xAI's API only when you click Draft with AI
• Basic use counts so we can cap abuse (for example AI drafts per day)
• Demo-access and deployment-request details: name, organisation, work email, optional role and phone, expected user count, buying timeline, budget range, hosting or integration requirements, and the message you submit

Demo and sales-form handling

We use the details submitted through the demo-access and deployment forms to provide access, send a confirmation, understand likely fit, respond to your request, and follow up about a possible purchase. A copy is emailed to our sales/support team through Resend. The basic contact and buying-context fields are also kept in your browser's session storage so a deployment form can be prefilled during the same browser session; closing that browser session removes that local copy.

What you must not put here

Do not enter classified, secret, health, financial, or real employee performance data. The trial is a sample workspace on shared infrastructure. Sales forms should contain business-contact and procurement information only. If you need an isolated tenant, buy a deployment.

Why we collect it

To run the trial, keep workspaces apart per signed-in user, prevent abuse, provide demo access, respond to support and sales requests, and prepare a deployment proposal where requested.

How long

Trial workspaces may be wiped at any time, including if the trial is abused or the app is unpublished. Do not treat this as a record-keeping system. Sales correspondence may be retained for the period reasonably needed to answer the request, manage the potential customer relationship, maintain business records, and resolve disputes. Contact us to request deletion or to stop sales follow-up.

Sharing

We do not sell trial or lead data. Trial data is stored in Neon and processed by the published app on xAI infrastructure. Resend processes contact details and message content only to deliver the internal notification and customer confirmation email. AI drafts leave the workspace only when you use Draft with AI. You can set AI to Off in Settings.

Your choices

Use a work email. Leave the optional role, phone, and sales-context fields blank where marked optional. Switch AI off. Export or clear the sample workspace. Ask us to delete an account or sales request, or tell us not to contact you again. For a production system with your own residency and SSO, contact us for a single-tenant install.
