Privacy notice

This notice explains how Tengri Vertex LLC (“we”, “Domirs”) handles personal information on domirs.com, the public demo, a hosted trial, and the sales forms. It is not legal advice.

Who we are

Tengri Vertex LLC operates this site and sells Domirs. Privacy requests go to privacy@tengrivertex.com with the subject “Privacy request”. Sales mail goes to sales@domirs.com. Abuse reports go to legal@tengrivertex.com. We do not publish a street address on this page.

What this notice covers

This notice covers visitors, people who use the public demo or a hosted trial, and people who write to us or submit a form.

It does not cover personal information inside a purchased Silo. Your organisation decides that processing. When we host the install, we process that information as your service provider, on the signed agreement, to provide Domirs. We do not sell it and we do not use it to train a model.

Information we collect

We collect the following, and only what you give us or what the service needs in order to run:

• Name, work email, organisation, and optional role and phone
• Expected number of users, buying timeline, budget range, hosting preference, connections you mention, a web address you propose, and your message
• For a trial account, a hash of the password. We do not store the password itself
• Goals, check-ins, settings, and audit events you type into a trial
• Basic logs: IP address, browser type, date and time, and the page requested

No AI provider

The public site, the public demo, a hosted trial, and a current Silo install do not send your content to an AI provider. On a purchased Silo, AI stays off unless you ask in writing after acceptance.

Why we use it

We use this information to run the site, the demo, and a trial; to keep each signed-in trial separate; to send your confirmation and our copy of a sales form; to reply and follow up about a possible purchase; to prevent abuse; to keep ordinary business records and handle a dispute; and to meet a legal duty.

Cookies and storage on your device

A session cookie, or a token kept for the browser session, keeps a trial signed in. This browser stores your language and theme until you clear them. Session storage holds a sales form so a later form in the same visit can be prefilled, and it holds the demo seat and demo edits. Closing the session removes that session storage.

In production, sign-in and sales forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person sent the request. Turnstile may receive your IP address and browser data and may set a cookie for that check.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other companies’ sites. A Do Not Track signal does not change these practices, because we do not do that tracking. This is our notice under the California Online Privacy Protection Act.

Who else processes it

Vercel hosts the application. Supabase stores application and trial data in Postgres. Resend delivers the confirmation to you and our copy of the form to us. Cloudflare provides Turnstile. They process the information for those jobs.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the service or our rights, or to a buyer of the business who must follow this notice.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. In the 12 months before 24 September 2026 we did not sell or share personal information, as those words are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act.

How long we keep it

A trial account, and what you type into it, lasts until you ask us to delete it, the trial ends, or we wipe it, whichever comes first. A trial may be wiped at any time. It is not a system of record.

Sales forms and the correspondence about them are kept for up to four years after our last message about that request, unless a tax, legal, or security duty requires longer. Security logs are kept for up to 12 months. Session storage lasts until the browser session ends. Language and theme last until you clear them.

Security

Passwords are stored as hashes. Access to the systems that run the site is limited to the people who operate it. We do not hold a SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar certificate. Those certificates are outside the Silo fee unless a later written order adds them. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you may ask us to know, correct, or delete personal information this notice covers, subject to the exceptions the law allows. You may ask us not to sell or share it. We do not sell or share, so there is nothing to switch off, and we will confirm that in writing. You may ask us to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We use account credentials only to authenticate you, not to infer characteristics about you. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.

We verify a request by matching it to the work email we hold. An authorised agent may submit one with proof of authority. We respond within 45 days, and we may take another 45 days if we tell you why. If we deny a request, reply to that decision and we will review it. We do not share personal information with other companies for their own direct marketing.

Categories we have collected: identifiers (name, work email, organisation, account identifier, IP address); commercial information you submit about a possible purchase; professional information if you give us a role; internet activity in the form of request logs; and, in a trial, the goals and check-ins you type. We do not seek government identifiers, precise location, or biometric information. Please do not send health, financial-account, or real employee-performance information.

Children

This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.

People outside the United States

We are a business in the United States. The site is hosted in the United States. If you write to us from another country, we process that information in the United States.

We have not certified to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and this page does not name a European representative. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may still email us to access, correct, or delete the information this notice covers, or to stop sales follow-up. Employee information inside a purchased Silo is governed by the signed agreement.

Your choices

Leave optional fields blank. Do not put real employee information in the demo. Ask us to delete a trial account or a sales request, or tell us not to contact you again. We will keep a record of that request. We may still write if the law, or an open invoice, requires it.

Changes

We post updates on this page and change the date. A material change to how we use sales information is posted here before we rely on it for information collected after that date.
